What is executive coaching?

Executive coaching is a practice that allows you to become the architect of your own life – forming the blueprint of the choices and actions that will maximize your work/life performance.

This is a collaborative approach to helping you become more self-aware, take action where needed in your life, and grow into the best version of yourself. It's an ongoing, one-on-one relationship that requires your focus, commitment and time in order to help you tackle challenges and take yourself (or your business) to the next level.

This involves a learning process on both sides – coach and client – as we together embark on a process of digging deep into your perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors. Using principles of architecture as our guiding light, we'll examine your environment, your emotions, your intellect, your career, your physical wellness, your social life, and your spiritual state – all in the pursuit of helping you discover your own personal blueprint for success.

We'll work together to identify areas for improvement, starting with those you're aware of and expanding into others that we discover in the course of our time together. We'll explore what success means to you, and we'll build strategies and identify actions that help you achieve those goals while keeping the rest of your life in harmony.

Ultimately, we're going to get you performing at the highest possible level in every aspect of your life – from career to family, communication, and relationships.

The Process

Every executive coaching engagement starts with a 100% free call for us to meet one another, learn about your unique situation, and determine whether this program is right for you.

There is no predetermined length of our engagement; every person has their own needs and their own set of obstacles, and some may take longer than others to resolve. That's okay! 

You can utilize a single session for a quick, collaborative conversation to get you going, or we can put together a series of four-week blocks to get you heading in the right direction on a more complex challenge, life transition, or entrepreneurial endeavor.

My recommendation is to commit to the program for a period of three months, then evaluate your progress and decide whether you'd like to continue on. However, for the sake of flexibility, both individual sessions and monthly packages (one session per week for four weeks) are available.

Our initial 20-minute conversation is designed for us to begin getting to know one another and narrowing in on your primary area(s) of focus. Where are you right now – mentally, emotionally, physically? Where do you want to be? What's stopping you from getting there? These and more are the core questions we'll touch on in our initial discussion as we start thinking about how we can formulate your unique blueprint for success.

Discovery Session

In this session, we'll dig deep into the topics we touched on during our consultation, focusing in on those areas that truly need the most attention. We will examine the essential pillars that form the foundation of wellness and success, and we'll assess the structural integrity of each of those pillars. With each pillar, your blueprint will become clearer and clearer, until we have a well-defined plan in which we've clearly articulated your goals and the skills or practices you need to develop to achieve them. The goal is to guide you to find your next best step for a particular challenge or situation.

Moving Forward

Once we've formed the blueprint in these initial sessions, we'll set out to start building it – refining as needed as we go along. Every week, we'll have a 50-minute call designed to check in, follow up, and support you as you take meaningful action toward achieving your goals. Our calls will be structured specifically to suit your particular needs and circumstances, awakening your passions to help you focus on your goals with a sense of clarity and purpose. We'll improve your awareness of how your skills and wisdom can be utilized to help you grow and succeed in all areas of life.
